Caroline van de Poll graduated from the University of British Columbia with her Bachelor of Science Physiotherapy in 1978.  She then completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, in 1983, and her Sports Physiotherapy Certificate in 2008. She also spent 5 years as the Physiotherapist with the Canadian Track and Field Team.  Naturally, one of her special interests lies in treating sports related injuries.  She has also developed a special interest in Women's Health and has taken postgraduate courses in the treatment of osteoporosis, incontinence, vaginal/rectal pain, constipation, and pelvic pain related to pregnancy.  Her personal interests include her family, running, hiking, skiing, track and field, reading.
